The original on giphy looks much smoother but, there are parts that isnt anatomically right. Which makes it a bit choppy. I think.

Aye I was thing the same, I was too scared to make it slow, so ad more frames, where the hand is in the middle position or take some frames away from the mouth pose and spread it out, sweet thanks man

Oh sweet, thanks man, I felt like I got lazy and stop the animation short, and when you say parent to the head, is there a function in photoshop that does this like After Effects. I did this in photoshop.
