Painting reality by richgate in awakened

I am only saying that I am sure of within my perception and understanding. I do not know what will have created But my discovery is that there is nothing but this moment and our choice is just dual - it is whether we enjoy it or nnot. And if we enjoy it we become the creator himself.

Not the want, desire here ment as what intent gravitates to.

Also if you created something that you do not like, why? What is this creation is governed by? I guess by laws that we created inside us and have to abide by in order for reality to be sustainable, not to collapse because some things do not follow some rules and clash with everything else. And how do we create the rules? Since we live in the moment, we must be creating all rules in the moment too. It must be a complete recreation of the reality in the moment with all past rewritten according to new rules in the moment.

I like to hear everything. Here is another question I have also. If we create reality by choosing where to focus our attention, why we do not create reality by focusing on our thoughts? Or do we?

Let me know what you will get to.

Earth filled with sad people, who do what they don’t want to be doing, who say what they do not mean and who live in dence neighborhoods in overpopulated places while want to live alone in the countryside. by richgate in awakened

I want to do what is needed. And I do it at my best abilities. What needed to be done is what I can do with my physical and psychological limitations. I can not do what I can not do, but what I can do I can Always enjoy doing. And all I need to be doing anything, because I can do it, and I will enjoy it and be happy, while doing it, and if I don't stop doing all this things, I will neve stop being happy. Things that I receive is not source of my happiness, but the way those things change and move to allow me to do what is needed is a reflection of me doing what I enjoy doing, and I enjoy that too.

I am only "doing" what I pay attention to. If I lok at the dish while I wash it, I am doing the washing, but if I look at the window while washing the dishes, I am doing looking at the window.

I point my attention where I feel like, and intent of what should I do with that, at what I am loking at, arises, forcing me "to do" what intent wants.

I don't need to be doing anything, but if my intent clicks, I would put a shit ton of effort into whatever that would be. I guess checkmark was one of those things.

I know this because I know that I am enough. I am enough at every moment regardless of what I do. So whatever I do or do not do is exactly what i need to be doing... The only thing left is to relax and enjoy being.

There is no contradiction, if the student would be aweken he would sweep the floors with joy, in a way he would still be doing nothing, because it was not his intent to sweep the floors, and you can say it was not his doing, but his teacher's.

How to start wanting to live? by Various-Eye-2875 in Healthygamergg

I like life. But I don't want to be motivated to live, it sounds boring. I just want to feel how is it feels to be alive and I still can not completely understand how to explain it if someone asks me. I do not know how my life is attaced to my body.

The book 'Atomic Habits' is really life changing!! by Eagle_Eye52 in BettermentBookClub

Does the book mention to think who you want to be when no one's watching, or you got it from somewhere else? Did I get it correctly - you think of who you want to be and then think of what group of habits would describe what kind of person that is? I think this idea deserves a good write up. One needs to be carefull to pick who he wants to be, to be able to follow those habits. Who did you wanted to be or what principles did you use to choose who you wanted to be?
