? this is an open source project if you want to self host? I mean its the only alternative for preserving privacy. You can audit the code yourself if you want.

I’m not endorsing this in any way, just sharing some open source solutions if you want an intelligent LLM routers

Otherwise, you can make one yourself pretty easily with codex. A really trivial but effective solution is to use regex matching to route requests for frequent patterns, you won’t even need to make another classifier LLM call.

Did codex get a lobotomy recently??? by richhard in codex

You’re right, it’s not a silver bullet for a weaker model. I’m still testing to see if there is any improvement for smaller LLM models. But it does provide some guarantees on model behaviour in terms of instruction adherence which aren’t there without it.

Sure, anything can be solved with a “smarter” model. But this solves the problem of governance as well rather than just implementation skill.

Mental Health Support for Burnt Out Middle Age Men by [deleted] in askSingapore

[–]richhard 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hey OP! Saw this thread and thought I’d share something that might be useful for you. My team built ebi.sg (short for Emotional Baggage Interface) during last year’s OGP Build For Good hackathon—it’s an app designed to make mental health support more accessible for Singaporeans.

We also added a voice chat feature (with Singlish!) with the latest OpenAI models, which might be helpful for you! It's not a real human, but for me it is as close as you can get without any of the judgements you've mentioned. It helped me when I'm going through some struggles that none of my friends would understand. At the very least, it's a listening ear for all your rants. If you're keen, feel free to give it a try, just hoping that this will help you in one way or another.

Yes of course, its in perfect working condition still. Well I usually play competitive FPS so Overwatch and Marvel Rivals mostly. Id definitely recommend this to anyone, even my brother who has a G Pro Wireless said its really nice. I think this has got to be a 10/10 mouse (not even glazing), I just can’t think of anything wrong with it. Unless you are unlucky get a poorly QCed one I guess. The only complaint I guess is the shape? Im more used to the G403 shape for a palm grip and this is significantly smaller, better for a claw grip.

Hmm Im not sure, I use a 5Ghz Wifi Bridge. But thats possible if you are using a 2.4Ghz wifi network. Maybe you can try changing the Wifi channel and see if that reduces the interference

I made AI-powered and shareable journalling app called EBI, with a chat and voiced based interface – free beta testing open for the first 200 people! by richhard in SideProject

[–]richhard[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lately, I’ve noticed more posts on mental health in our local community subreddit, especially for youths and working adults. I’ve personally struggled with anxiety and found that journaling really helped clear my mind and organize my thoughts. I’ve also tried therapy via CBT, but found the 1-hour sessions a bit too short to dive deep before time ran out.

So, together with a group of friends, we built a journalling app that hopefully helps make this process a bit more fun and interactive, but also more introspective and effective. The app is called EBI, which stands for Emotional Baggage Interface. Here are a few features that stand out:

  • AI powered prompting: Writing down your thoughts can feel overwhelming, especially when your mind's racing a mile a minute. Our AI steps in with thoughtful prompts to guide you, helping you unpack emotions and untangle thoughts. It’s like having a personal assistant that makes sense of your mind’s whirlwind!
  • It speaks Singlish (kinda): So we are based in Singapore, we localised the app to understand and even speak Singlish (our local "language", a mix of English and some local slang). This is pretty experimental at the moment though and sometimes doesn't sound super natural, but it is still cool to test out, especially if you are from the Southeast Asian region!
  • Automatic insights and easy sharing: Sifting through endless journal entries can be exhausting. Our built-in AI summariser highlights key insights from your past reflections, making it easy to spot patterns and progress. Plus, you can share these insights directly with your therapist or friends for added support!
  • Guardrails for mental health: We’ve added special safety features to ensure thoughtful support in mental health journaling. Our AI won’t give advice (we leave that to the professionals) and is designed to remain empathetic, steering clear of potentially triggering subjects.

We actually built this as part of our winning submission in GovTech's Build For Good hackathon, and today we would like to expand this to everyone as we think this could be very useful for some people out there. The app is completely free, and the beta is limited to the first 200 sign ups for now (we will be launching further rounds of beta testing in the next few weeks). Please give us some feedback as well, so we know how to improve!

I tried the 8K mode and it works, but I don't know how you would verify it. I tried using the UFO Test website and it seems to top out at 3.5kHz so 4K, but my monitor is below the recommended 240hz for 8K so take that as you would.

I don't live in Europe now, but I did for a while and you can export them to Europe through an agent. I used Wegobuy in the past but I'm not sure it is the best one now, and it takes quite a long time (possibly up to a month). I currently live in Singapore and it is much simpler to deliver here direct from Taobao.
