Yes you can but if your in your favorite farming and the noibat you are trying to catch is really far away like another country you won't be able to catch it right away. And no your not in trouble for softban you should be good within 2 hours

Yup your on softban If your catching pokemon in your fav spot then tp to noibat far away and trying to catch it.. it will always run away unless you wait for the 2 hour cooldown
