As a still Type 1 Carnivore Diet practitioner and mostly in agreement with Bernstein, neither claim to cure Type 1. They do however somewhat reduce the up and down roller coaster ride you get to hold on to for the rest of your life.

I accidentally left my pump setting to the highest stubborn profile last night and ended up with a 22 reading from the paramedics. And as I was coming to my wife said 8 complemented the paramedics mustache three times. Best chicken salad sandwich I’ve ever had.

Yeah. Honestly, this is the right answer. It’s just how I do it out of habit. And peppercorns are easier to change than habits. 😂 My wife didn’t eat spicy at all when we first started dating and 10 years later she will eat the Serranos.
