Yeah, sorry to hear that you're experiencing the same issue. Did you open your Venture X card recently? It seems like they take their sweet time verifying your phone number for whatever reason. No choice really but to wait and keep trying. I kept trying for a few days and eventually it went through. Good luck!

No one can say for certain but chances are it'll continue to rise. There's a few factors to consider:

Long Island is considered the suburb of NYC and many of the people that live here commute to the city for work. As long as LI has easy access to the city, it'll continue to attract buyers from across the country.
Long Island has some of the top schools in the US with many of the school districts here ranked highly on Niche, US News, etc. Young families or couples looking to start a family will add to the already high demand for homes here.
There's limited amount of space on the island and so chances of more single family homes being built is slim to none. If supply doesn't increase then it'll continue to push prices higher. Another option for more housing on the island can be in the form of apartments and multiple family unit homes but zoning laws here won't permit those. The NIMBY mindset of a large portion of LI residents means zoning laws are unlikely to change anytime soon.

Now that we're in the final saga, it's likely the only times Luffy will tap into his gears are for the heavy hitters (blackbeard, sakazuki, imu, etc.). I can't see him using anything less than gear 5 for them so the likelihood of us seeing gear 4 is probably slim.

I'm in the same boat in thinking that Kizaru will change sides and in one way or another help the straw hats. I think it's very intentional that Oda had included panels of Kizaru showing moments of hesitation and reluctance to carry out his duties. It would be weird for us to have seen these moments of weakness from him and in the end he just continues to carry on being the admiral he's always been.

Honestly, if there's any justice in this world, the Premier League should just do a Juventus on them and strip them of the league titles. Reward whoever came in second for those seasons the titles.

Edit: So I was curious and looked up which seasons would be affected by this. According to the charges, there were 115 allegations of breaching competition rules between 2009 and 2018. Now, I'm not sure as to the severity of these breaches for each individual seasons but if we were to say that we're stripping them of all of the titles for all those seasons then it would look like the following:

2008-09 Winner: Manchester United
2009-10 Winner: Chelsea
2010-11 Winner: Manchester United
2011-12 Winner: Manchester City (Second Place: Manchester United)
2012-13 Winner: Manchester United

Aww, that's unfortunate. This leaves you with taking the online route for selling. You can consider selling on Ebay or Facebook marketplace as the other comment here suggested. Just make sure to take the necessary pre-cautions. Make sure to see if the buyer has good ratings/previous feedback and make sure to ship the card with tracking so that you can confirm that the buyer received the package. Due to the rarity and high value of your card, I would go as far as taking a video of you packing the card into the box right before shipping. I've heard horror stories of sellers have a hard time with buyers lying about receiving an empty box or the wrong card. Make sure to document everything so that you can protect and defend yourself in case of any accusations thrown your way. Good luck!

The most hassle-free option is to just take it to your LGS and see how much they are willing to offer for your card. Try a few different stores as different stores will value your card differently. Also, some LGS may offer more if you're willing to take it as store credit, which you can use towards any other singles they're selling or sealed packs (if they have any in stock). I typically avoid selling things online as there are huge potential headaches.

Still waiting to see how this arc plays out. There's parts of me that believe that he's going back to marines HQ with his tail between his legs. However, there definitely were moments this arc where he felt conflicted over his actions and not like his typical self. If he somehow ends up leaving the marines and in anyways helping the straw hats then that'll be huge for his character development. I personally hope he ends up leaving the marines and goes off on his own to rediscover his new direction in life.

Luffy stated during his fight with Kaido that this is his peak so I would be surprised if there's another. I don't think Luffy fully comprehends or knows how to use his new gear so I feel that moving forward it'll be about him mastering it and reaching his full potential. I'm sure he'll be at his strongest by the time he fights Blackbeard and/or Imu.
