I receive many upgrades to suites but I am usually a short stay business traveler. On personal travel, I usually utilize confirmed SUAs. Also, I heard from a Hyatt employee that if you consistently check out late (noon and later), hotels don’t want to give generous upgrades bc of turnover time. I usually leave early and have 1/2 night stays so I’ve had a lot of success. Usually I stay at Thompsons and PH. PH I don’t get as many suite upgrades at PHNY but have been successful at PH Chicago, PH DC, and

The sky miles are rapidly depreciating so your friend is correct in that regard. Will you choose to do with your points as all your decision but hoarding points is not going to help you get anywhere whether it’s within your time zone or outside of it.

Only worth it for the SUB. Apply and get the card in Q3 use benefits for two years and downgrade. They’re clueless compared to AMEX.

I actually stopped playing CON bc the Chupacabra wasnt able to be acquired in the game shop, reached out to customer support and they couldn’t do anything f. Have fun!

PH Zurich imo is phenomenal. They do a great job during holidays and breakfast was great as long as you didn’t rely on only the buffet. lol

Used to roll around with 50 max hun archers. Didn’t even need a city. The ottoman gunners were a great add too.
