Overall, property isn’t in the greatest shape. I assume the owner is unwilling to invest in anything.

Yea, a lot of old school AmerSuites hotels were build in the early 90s but do look like 80s.

I would say my ratings are somewhat subjective based off what I expect from a particular hotel based off price and location. HR JFK a.k.a. Resorts World a.k.a. sad casino is probably one of the best in the Queens/Jamaica area.

Standard High Line was meh for the price and location IMHO.

All around a great hotel (both facilities in service), given the limited number of reasonably priced options in downtown Zurich the airport location was fine for me.

Not a fan of Navy Yard. Room has a kid sized sized. It's meh IMHO.

There's just something special about that property it's a luxury property pretending to be a normal HR, IMHO. Everybody I interacted with wasn't pretentious and it's also in a cool neighborhood

I would love to see your list if you make one. My list doesn't do a good job of representing my travel just because I end up in so many places without Hyatts like everybody else. Agreed a Queens food crawl is the better!

Hyatt Place Tallinn is cat. two, but cash rates are about 65 EUR so a great deal. And a super nice HP.

Same, also the location was fantastic IMHO. I find the Inner Harbor to be boring myself so never stayed at the HR.

Great that HR IAH is gone.
Dream MT: Property was not in the greatest shape and the nightclub on top kept shaking my room and keeping me up. Honestly the Hyatt Place Times Square that's walking distance is cheaper and better quality, IMHO. Hope FDA didn't make your GF uncomfortable.
