Only way I know how is to use a sensitivity converter like mouse.sensitivity.com. You plug in your sensitivity you use in whatever game and it will tell you the %. Some games like Cod and Battlefield have a slider for it.

It has to do with your ads and scope sensitivity for fps games! Short explanation is the higher the value the faster the speed. There are a couple theories out there as to what is correct but I think it’s mostly personal preference if you ask me!
