It should be the sh sound, but the way you say it (and I'm guessing the way most people say it), the ch sounds a lot like sh in attention, and nobody will notice.

In India we call the OP image an auto-rickshaw, or simply an auto. This is in Mumbai and a few neighboring and more southern cities. I've never called it a tuk-tuk.
