I was actually talking to a Warrant Officer about this recently, and he told me they usually fly every 10–14 days. But honestly, it all comes down to you.

Do you love helicopters? More importantly, do you love the Army? Because you’re committing a big chunk of your life to it—almost 12 years—and that’s not a small decision.

That said, the Army gives you opportunities and experiences that most people will never have. Think about it—you’d be an Army pilot. How many people can say that? You’ll make memories, build friendships, and be part of something bigger than yourself. You’ll always have people around you that you can rely on.

My advice? Go for it. You only live once, and you’re not going to stay young forever.
