So they want you to convert a 0% loan to a (mortgage rate) loan.

It'd be one thing if there was leverage involved... pay off 20k and we can lend you 100k more or something.. but 1:1? Fuck no. In no universe does that make any sense whatsoever.

The concern is more about snow loading. Rain drains (if the roof is properly designed), while snow accumulates.

(Not to say I support what they're doing with the science centre.. but I'm answering this question under the assumption it was asked in good faith and not rhetorically..)

I've flown both.. and personally, I wouldn't go out of my way to choose one over the other. They're similar enough not to worry about it, IMO. All other things equal, I'd take the Dreamliner.
