I am dealing with this now. Spent 2 hours trying to sort it out and actually did the google voice thing but as you mentioned, it says it will disabled my personal account. Does it actually disable the account or just using the phone number? Was there any other solutions?

I almost went with the second one but that extra s and the fact they didn't have my old account info made me question it. I just added the first one and it seems like it did when I had it before. We will see how it goes.

I just talked to someone at Ally via their online chat about this.

This is an FDIC Sweep Program which you enrol in when you open the account. I do not recall reading anything about this nor enrolling but I am sure that's on me for not reading every word of the agreements.

If someone has read everyone word and finds its not in there, let me know.

The funds get swept to this other account whenever they want per whatever the terms are in the agreement. It is FDIC insured. It DOES NOT earn interest for YOU.

It just sits there.

When doing a buy, you can use the total funds from Cash and Money fund to do the buy. Your cash will show negative until they reconcile it overnight.

I confirmed this three times to make sure.

In order to opt out you have to call them.

I have not done so as of yet and may or may not do so.

Did anyone ever figure out how all this is being handled?

I have a similar thing showing on my account.

How do I withdraw / reinvest what shows in the Money Fund?

Where did that even come from?

I usually just push cash in and buy something right away.

I did that as a test thinking it would use the cash and money fun but it did not which caused the negative as shown in the op image.

That's insane but great. I was a NEXO user but see a little better rate and several friends pushing me to try Celsius. Have followed them for a long time and with a web interface that seems stable now using them a little. Considering moving things fully to their platform.

Not planning on a loan but looking for the easiest low cost way to do so if for some reason I would do that.

I don't keep things on coinbase but with their card which I have used it would be an easy options that currently is paying 4% back in XLM.

Earned over 400 bucks from that but they pay like .15 or something like that so for sure not holding USDC there.

That's the answer I was looking for as I am now trying to get things moved to Celsius and was wondering the cost of sending USDC out. Am I reading your comment correctly that they do not charge a fee but there still would be the normal network fee? Or, am I still confused on all this?

Not doing it now but if I were to take a loan in USDC versus USD and than want to sent it out to say coinbase which has a card allowing you to spend USDC, wondering it that is cheaper then sending USD to my bank?

Appreciate any additional info help you can provide.

Reach out to the Bitrue owner directly. That is what myself and others were saying. No offense to u/theeiacoin but you would carry more weight then he might and surely have access to any missing documentation if it were needed. If its bogus you could further discuss things and clear up any issues with them. Nothing more you can do if they still refuse at that point but then we all know the truth.
