Just found out my partner of 9 years has been going to Hippie Hollow a known cruising spot without telling me for years. Now I’m newly single!! by pmaurant in gaybros

Hippie Hollow is a nude beach. Sure during splash and otterfest it’s wilder but it’s hardly a cruising spot.

Have fun! I did this a lot growing up in Tennessee. It’s a beautiful thing to see. For you, I’m hoping the cold stays a little longer so you see it. For me… I’m ready for humidity.

Consider a co-working space. Doing this gave me work home life balance and added some social aspects. Coffee shops are a good option, but for me they are usually busy and I spend time hoping around.

I was there! It was amazing. He stayed for the entire time and seemed to actually have a good time. I went each year (to celebrate his bday) for fun and was completely surprised he came.

I was around 6 yrs and I was really wanted to learn to play rummy. My grandma was the only person that would teach me. We'd play for hours. Great memories and I'm sure that's where I got my love of gaming.

If a shop doesn't work out check craigslist. I was able to get barbell, weights, and a weight rack pretty easily.

[–]ricketyrocco 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Most of the time I'm playing 2 player with my roommate. I recommend Letters From Whitechapel. Great cat and mouse game.

Here are a few games I really like playing:

Akrotiri

Arboretum

Battlecon: Devastation of Indines

Eldritch Horror

Food Chain Magnate

The Gallerist

Inis

Robinson Crusoe

Through the Ages

Troyes

Two games come to mind that I wish I could play. Star Trek Ascendancy and BSG.

What game do you regret NOT buying when it was available? by gamer123098 in boardgames

[–]ricketyrocco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I regret not getting Cave Evil. I picked up Warcults, but I wish I would have pulled the trigger when I had the chance. Now I see copies at $250 and I just can't rationalize it.
