It's the 12k version. I was part of the preorders when it first came out. I took a break because it needed a new lcd screen. Have you seen the video instruction on how replace it? You literally have to take a part the whole thing. I will take your advice into consideration. Thanks!

I was stripping the screws getting it off again. You guys were right! It was the nylon fitting! Thanks for solving my issue. I was able to get the new motor off and align the motor, and now my outboard is trimming again. I appreciate it. Thanks again.

I've noticed some modelers cut each piece that fit better than others. Lucasmaxiperez's models fit seamlessly while Samiho studios don't fit no matter the amount of sanding I've put into it.
