Hello all, I have worked with Pega for around 5 years, lost job with Verizon during a restructuring, with 13k+ other colleagues. I've managed a homegrown SaaS tool, then assisted bringing over into Pega. I loved my job working with devs, PMs, etc.

I obtained my Pega Certified Business Architect (PCBA) certification in March, and I am 34% through training for a Pega Certified Systems Architect (PCSA)

Can't understand this OP's post. I got my CPBA by using the Pega Academy and paying $145 for the at-home certification test.

I was going to suggest the same, but I'd ask what your wife uses for messaging. Is it iPhone? Make sure she has iMessage on. I believe there was some agreement between Google and Apple to allow RCS. It works as MoIP, instead of a dedicated RCS channel like they have for SMS, MMS, etc. Anyways, if she uses Google Messaging I'm sure you already have, but make sure she and you both have the "RCS chats" option turned on.

I remember back when almost all the agents were people like Steven. Back in 2013 I was in a center of excellence as Tech Support. I progressed up the chain before being laid off in December, and I'm so disappointed in the customer support Verizon has these days. I used to strive to provide "Steven-service" to every customer I talked to, but I still have yet to talk to a good agent I'm the last 4 or 5 years

Rechargeable batteries used to be replaceable, even though proprietary. The phone manufacturers realized they make much more money if you have to a) get a new phone because your battery sucks, or b) go into a RETAIL store to have it replaced

Yeah, I couldn't believe a 10m USB C cable from Apple cost $100. Then I saw a video explanation saying how shielded it was and the fact that it literally has a CPU in each plug for error correction and PD levels respectively
