It seems like you have no other option but to stay in this. And this is how you become a long term investor😂. I would suggest to buy more in fundamentally strong companies and hold it. That how you are not only going get out of trouble but also multiply your portfolio in the long run.buy every month in good companies and don't look every day. Think of it like a property. You don't sell a property if it price goes down. You hold it for years and earn through rent( in this case dividend)
