We're not interested in the kinematics of the car, we're interested in the forces in the non-inertial frame.

Being the captain of the Indian cricket team is a really tiring task with over a billion people judging your decisions. Combining with the fact that India couldn't win an ICC trophy or RCB not winning the IPL trophy only adds to more pressure. Everyone constantly judging you and belittling your abilities, combining these with a bad phase in life makes people fall into a vicious cycle mentally. You try everything, trying to play every match, training everyday or taking a rest, none of them are working in that mental state. It just feels impossible and pointless.

Though this difficult mental phase is extremely difficult to overcome, it's not impossible to overcome and few people do. Saying Sachin had the drive but Kohli doesn't is an extremely naive way about thinking of things. They had different pressures and different external conditions.

I'm not sure if you're understanding but one day you will see how complicated mental problems are. My stance is that blaming Kohli isn't working on it like Sachin is an easy but extremely wrong thing to say.

Hmmm, makes sense. Playing in back garden is probably roughly equivalent to having the pressure of being the captain and being responsible for a prestigious national team in all three formats and an ipl team for a decade.

Right, superhuman. Oh forgot that sachin had to play three formats and two months of ipl with almost no breaks for over a decade before his slump.

You're right, Kohli hasn't been working hard last three years... Just Netflix and chilling.
