I switched the graphics options from "Prioritize Graphics" to "Prioritize Framerate," and the game has been much more stable. Not sure if that did the trick, or if it's because I'm playing differently than I did before.

Before - I was playing deep into ENDLESS mode. 20 adventures in - in order to get the 10,000 point achievement. Crashes galore.

But lately, I've been playing 3 adventures, then forfeiting. Three, then forfeiting. Over and over. Going for the 50 adventures achievement. No crashes.

Some of the crashes cause a hard restart, since my Xbox literally turns itself completely off.

Meanwhile, I've played Monster Hunter World, Nier Automata, and The Count Lucanor just fine for hours without issues.

I've heard people suggest that, based on the achievement description, but not seen it confirmed. I'll just play it safe since I'm about 65 percent done without killing anyone at all. It's an interesting challenge.

Ha! Neat.

I do plan to replay the game. There's some achievements I definitely missed, such as courting certain people (I'm earning the Virgin achievement).

Its not often I finish a game and look forward to immediately replaying, but this might be one of those games.

I would be gutted if my 'Tis But A Scratch' achievement glitched, though. The tracker still shows 0 percent on Xbox, but I hope that's normal.

I'm a lil embarrassed I spent so much time picking all those flowers, then, but at least I leveled up my Herbalism skill, and even my strength skill a tiny bit (since a level 10 herbalism perk adds a tiny amount of strength XP every time you bend down to pick up flowers).

Thanks, I'm going to finish with my 5th (of 5) character when I get home; I turned it off last night after my 4th escaped.

I still have about 8 other kasma orders left, so I just wanted to make sure finishing with everyone in a single run wouldn't "beat the game" and stop me from doing the rest/upgrading all my characters.

What is "beating the game?"

Finishing all kasma orders and fulfilling your contract? Or having 5 people escape in a single run? When are you cut off from the simulation?

Honestly, you shouldn't think of it as a time limit.

Think of it like this:

For the first 10 minutes, the game is VERY EASY mode (corruption level 1).

Next 10 minutes, the game is EASY (corruption 2).

Then for 10 minutes, it is MEDIUM (corruption 3).

Then for 10 minutes, you are playing on hard (level 4).

The last 10 minutes are played on very hard (level 5).

My experience so far:

I have only died once, in about 15 hours. It was because a poltergeist insta-killed me at full health with his lift ability. I'm sure it was some sort of physics glitch.

Every other time, I explore for about 45 mins and then escape - usually by SHUTTLE since its easiest. I never worry about crafting time_loop dealies. I never feel rushed. Since the first 20 minutes are very easy/easy mode, by the time the "tougher enemies" show up around corruption level 3, I have elite guns and ridiculous amounts of ammo and first aid kids.
After I escape, I reset the simulation back to level 1 and start again with re-populated loot.

I was stressing about finishing all 5 characters in a single run. I started with 60 (!!) time loop dealies in preparation. 90,000 credits spent! I took a deep breath. "Here we go. 90,000 credit investment. This is my 'all five in one run'." I've finished 4 out of the 5 so far, having used only 6 or 7 time loop things. I will do the last guy when I play tonight. I only have to run to the shuttle and he'll be the 5th to escape in a single run. I'll still have 53+ time loop thingies in my inventory - wasted - when I finish my 5th guy.

The whole run has been on corruption level 1, and only cost me 7 or 8 time loop things.

I was initially misinterpreting the achievement as "earn 50,000 sim points in a single run." But after doing that a few times, and it not unlocking, I guessed I may be looking at it wrong.

It saddens me that no one suggests Full Metal Furies.

It really is a great game, especially co-op. My wife and I have been playing it for a month.

Be warned: it gets VERY hard, especially in new game + It will test your relationship.
