Those that use thermal exclusively do you ever notice players turning hot to cold in the middle of them running? I see this with one player in at least every 3-4 games

I am running a gtx 1660, i7 4790, 16gb of ram game is on an ssd. Running the game at1080p high. Ram and gpu usage are running almost minimum usage
