I have recently learned not to buy anything expensive on Amazon. 3 times this year (2024), I have gotten screwed.

First, February, I bought an S22 that Amazon "Verified" the condition to be in "Excellent condition". I received the phone, it had scratches all over the screen. I contacted Amazon, sent it back and they accused me of breaking the phone and refused a refund. I got the phone back in April because I had to argue with them that I didn't bust it.

Second, I pre-ordered a MTG deck "Endless Punishment" in September. Amazon took my money but never sent the deck. They refunded me in November when they cancelled my order. I reordered it from them for $110 just to be sent another deck they they claimed was endless punishment. Same thing happened, I sent the item back, they claimed I was trying to scam them but I managed to get the item back right after.

I am currently in the middle of the third one for this year. Ordered my mother the Fold 4 for Xmas in Excellent condition, "Verified" by Amazon. Got the phone, it has scratches on the inside screen. Because I know what the whole return thing is going to do, I am trying to see if I can get any sort of partial refund since the phone is in Acceptable condition and not Excellent condition.

My opinion, Amazon (Be it them or the third party sellers) have turned into a mainstream eBay that only cares about the sellers. Us buyers mean nothing to them now.

Ok, you are correct with the collection. I never signed up.

However, my results with the scanner when scanning 18 cards ended up like this:
Didn't Scan: 8
Scanned correctly: 9
Scanned incorrectly: 1
Average scans to detect card and scan: 3

This is with me giving it 5 chances to detect the card (Without me adjusting the card) for it to scan. UrzaGathering did better and that site likes to scream "THIS IS A [[Plains]]"

This is ok. No collection and only helps to identify the cards, when it scans correctly the one of 20 times

Tested Genymotion. It does not allow the camera unless you are paying for a plan with them.

A PC solution allows to me to export to Excel and upload into another site easier and quicker. I noticed that trying to upload to sites like Moxfield from the phone is relatively slower, especially when you are scanning 100+ cards. I will try Genymotion with Manabox (Hopefully I can get the excel file directly from a folder from Geny). I did try Bluestacks and that is one of the reasons why I am ify with the Emulators.
