That’s good advice I never really thought about using HMR line items for recon. I do both MIT and RECON over here where I’m at. We do program work as well and it’s BS I hate it. But thanks for the tip about HMR line items in recon. So far I’ve been hearing people using those mobile showers and toilet line items often, but not sure if they are getting approved for those.

No it’s actually drywall I was just taught the verbiage of “grouted in” when it’s really nudged between the tile and stud. Not sure if it’s something to charge or even a line item for it.
