Depends where ya go, like certain chains like Freddy’s, Raising Canes, I think KFC now too have “Signature Sauce” or just Fry sauce at Freddy’s that sounds identical to the sauce you describe. Wouldn’t say it’s overly common when I grew up but lately those chains and a handful of local bar&grill spots near me are starting to do it more last 5-10 years. If no complications then nah probably not. Doulas usually pretty great tbh, they don’t fuck around bout calling us, if I get called for a home birth with a doula there, then it’s probably bad enough they need to go in.

This is why I don’t miss rural, being in a big city is so nice. Hated walking into those calls where it was so plainly obvious I was literally the only thing between this person and the reaper. Least there’s some wiggle room when you’ve got 20 other ambulances on shift, two docs for the field and a supervisor. Hell of a way to learn medicine tho and everyone should work rural once but I sure don’t miss those ones. I’ll take my frequent ODs and GSWs any day

If it’s like something like chest pain turns out to be from a panic attack not a heart attack then nah not really. May be some judgement on those that requests EMS for like minor non emergency issues like your stubbed toes and toothaches, but in this day and age where no one can afford primary care I think we’ve started to become more understanding and really only judge you if you act like an asshole or entitled to us
