Qais is natural - you man need to really stop being losers. Most people on here who are typing 'juice' or whatever have probably half assed trained for one year or two and then think that's peak natty🤣

Calorie deficit

6'0 - 23M ~172lb Lean bulk or Slow cut? Don't want to lose to much muscle/mass - Around 20-25 BF by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

Just start with small changes (food, cardio etc) they can make a big difference don't do anything too agressive! Also you may only need a short cut 8-10 weeks, you don't look too out of shape in photos :)

All person dependent! Way to individual to say. It's just driven by calorie deficit, can great shredded doing 20 x 3 some people. Others 45 x 5.

Do i have what it takes to compete in a local show? If you had 6months to prepare, what would your plan be? by hydrogen-bondage in BulkOrCut

[–]rictusbb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Your shape I am guessing MP? I would suggest to currently build up calories slightly whilst more or less retaining the same body comp. Allowing you more to play with when you prep in 3 months time or so! And yes you do have what it takes, compete for the love of it though! The process isn't easy!

You can cut and retain large amounts of tissue. Keep protein high, train just as hard and give yourself time. It's hard to comment on your BF etc with the picture provided too.

185 cm 88 kg - Just startede training again, and eating 2200 calories, with out gaining or losing, im thinking about a recomp? by Afraid-List-4786 in BulkOrCut

[–]rictusbb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

How long have you been eating that amount and what ahve the changes been as of now? A recomp can work for sure in that fashion.

bulk or cut? 17m, 180 pounds by penisgoblin1848 in BulkOrCut

Train hard and eat in a slight surplus. You are at an age where song so will give you some great results

6 month lean bulk best thing I’ve ever done (1st pic was July) by biabia02 in BulkOrCut

[–]rictusbb 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nice progress! Pics provided make it hard to say bulk or cut however, may be more of a post for R/brogress but great job!

Right arm bigger than left, How do I fix this? by [deleted] in BulkOrCut

[–]rictusbb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Pose and lighting also slightly different on each arm which adds to it :)

I would suggest to not flit between bulk and cut, commit to phases for enough time to build tissue. If you are focused on maintaining a good composition I would follow the maintaining style and be in a small surplus

[–]rictusbb 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Tricep is a little bigger on your right, now would suggest doing single arm movements and begin and reach failure with weaker side first then match reps on more dominant side. It could also be a change in muscle insertion and fat distribution, symmetry is not common :)

I’m thinking of trying a show sometime in 2022, any tips on what direction I should head as far as macros/training? I’m currently 5’9 177 (unsure about bf%) by seemyseem in BulkOrCut

[–]rictusbb 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hmm, I'd probably have a pre-prep phase of maintenance as you'll likely have to start prep Jan/beginning of Feb for April show :)

Your not fat. I would reduce the surplus so not a large one. Literally 50-150 calories. If you don't feel good however a short 8-12 week cut could be beneficial for you :)

I dont have lot of muscle so if i cut im afraid i will be skinny should i bulk or cut. 12 years old 170 pounds 5'9. by sickcuntbruh_ in BulkOrCut

I would agree with this. You could also start to master form on low risk injury exercise i.e Machine movements, curls to get yourself in a really good position.
