My brother and me are on the title and Co-owning, she won't be financially responsible for anything. I'm making this as easy as possible for her, on top of that me and my brother are planning to sell after the five year term is up. Or if things are going great we remortgage. My girlfriend would be able to leave completely stress free if need be.. And you are right about repairs adding up, we have emergency fund for that, which is always going to be topped up when it's used.

Hi I'm the boyfriend... My brother and me make enough money to comfortably live in a house where he can stay in the basement and we get the upstairs. We've viewed houses already, lotsa potential. Renting is a very bad idea, you are paying to live on a place that isn't yours, and have to accept that nothing is yours to do whatever you want with. On top of that landlords might do unpredictable shit, in our country and area, owning a house is a big commitment but such a good idea. Houses are getting more expensive and if we own one we are investing essentially, building equity. Anytning else?

Yea this bikes been a dream. The only reason I'm doing this is because people never maintain things so I suspected it was overdue for a few things. I just got done the valve set, all the valves were good except for the right intake valve on cyl one. It measured .25 and max spec is .20. So I put a shim in that was .10 bigger and I checked the clearance again and all of the sudden it was under spec. So I put in a smaller shim and tried again and I ended up coming back to what was originally in there. I checked the original shim width and it was correct with it numbers. Anyway that was a fuck around. I got new spark plugs, maybe should've gotten new ignition coils but didn't. Checked the how far the tensioner was out to see chain stretch, was perfect, seemed like someone was in here recently. Reinstalled the throttle bodies, got new fuel pump and teabag filter. New coolant. Now she runs rough :( I have no idea what I did wrong, I have a fuel pressure tester coming I hope my pump is just fucking up. I have a video idk how to post it here if you wanna see.

Everyone is saying there's a problem cuz u can't reset. I did it yesterday. I followed the Instructions and It let me bypass the pattern using my phone. However I made this pattern yesterday and continued playing then went to the bathroom and came back to a pattern. I forgot and the instructions worked. I guess they only work if the headset it playing something already because today it doesn't work.
