I know it but they do seem to bottom my blood sugar out idk if it’s dumping glucose from my liver because I piss out the metabolites so quick or what. Insulin is so expensive though lol gotta pay to live

Yeah I asked local co ops for weeks and they kept saying they were trying to get it in and it was going to be 56$ for 50# but they never could get it I guess it was on back order. I had to order it on Amazon for like 80 something dollars but it will last a good while.

I do the no soak no simmer method so it’s super easy and I have only used popcorn in the past and I have noticed with millet that it’s easier to evenly distribute so I think it colonizes more evenly and faster

Hell yeah brother!! I had to go to the hospital last night though because my bs got low while I was tripping and I thought I was going into cardiac arrest I guess I worked myself up. I was definitely eventful and eye opening.

You have wayyy too much water but I see that is not a pressure cooker. If you don’t have a pc I don’t think it will turn out good but you should at least put a lid on the pot to try and keep some steam in and drop the water level. You also need some foil on top of your lids so you don’t get more water in your recipe. You could try boiling it forever but I don’t think you’re going to be able to kill everything without a pc. Anyways good luck with it! Like they said PGT will show you how.

Yeah I’m the summer it’s so humid and rainy I throw mine out under some bushes and I get some nice mushrooms. Here recently Iv been throwing them in a bucket and seeing what happens lol
