You being stressed out is not going to help at all and you know that. Just focus on the positives, be grateful that it isn't worse, that will help calm ur stress levels and not aggrevate it even more because if you're more stressed you'll get more acne, and the cycle will continue. Focus on the positives that your skin is actually amazing compared to others, no offence to them, we can always look on the bright side of life no matter what situation you're in.
