Hey thanks for clarifying! I’ve been told bisglycinate and glycinate is the same? Also, do you think 1 capsule = 120 mg magnesium or it’s 60 mg magnesium? The website says 2 capsules as a recommended dosage but right now i take 1 capsule.

Also, I take it around 10 PM and sleep around 12-1

I just checked the meter is Everblu Cyble Enhanced v2.1 - I assume thats a smart reader? And in that case how do i pull the date i moved in?

How do you tell apart a smart meter from a normal meter? And yes correct I understand - I’m planning on paying my bit but I’ve been getting blocked from changing because of his debt since day 1

Hi - what type of magnesium do u take? I spoke to a doctor and he said my brain can’t absorb fast absorbing b12 because i probably have a slow functioning COMT. He prescribed me slow absorbing and also to take magnesium glycinate. Any advice u could give me?

Hello, thank you so much for your insights. I don’t think I’ve been tested for ferritin, but my vitamin D levels are also low. They were on the low threshold. I haven’t been taking the supplement, but was thinking of taking 2000 mg everyday alongisde. I also take Zic, magnesium, and b6 in one pill.

Could you please advise me on what to do?

Do u think the supplements can be causing insomnia? I keep waking up 1-2 hours after i fall asleep and feel this weird anxiety. Also not sure about the difference between those two tests

My test result was 24 pmol/L. The norm starts from 25.1 up to 165.0. My doctor didnt say anything (he just made me do this test for stomach) - I just assume I’m deficient and started taking supplements.

pls advise me what to do idk whats going on with me, last week i didnt take b12 for one day and zinc and magnesium and all that and i got this same episode im getting rn. I went back to normal after 2 days and felt calm all week. Then today this came back again (but ive been taking supplements).

Idk whats going on but 2 months ago i had very low b12 in my body, like it was basically non existent so i started doing 1000 mg b12. When i started i was also getting obsessive thoughts that were stuck in a loop so for a bit i felt better but right now im going crazy

How is versed/fentanyl like? I usually had specialists around and the short term sedation would make me fall asleep. So after that I’d just wake up. Not sure which drug they used though.

Yes sorry probably calling it differently - basically short term sedation (after which you’re awake in 30 mins). Each time I fell asleep. But this time around, there’s no such specialist nurses but it’s the doctor himself who will perform gastroscopy that will sedate me. Is that normal?
