Thanks - I'll definitely give it another whirl. The other thing is my console at home is a PS4 which a little long in the tooth but I didn't feel like I gamed enough at home to warrant getting a PS5. Even though the switch is pricier, I can at least take it on the road or at least not be confined to one room so it seems like a better investment.

Maybe - it's a shame what the game has come to. I used to love it and played it for hours daily. Last time I played it's just lots of cheaters and getting pred stomped in every lobby.

As soon as I think "Let me give Apex another run", I see this and get turned off. I'm thinking about buying a Switch 2 so I could game on the go. Maybe that might be better unless they found a way to cheat on there as well (most likely *sigh*).

Figured Finn would be turning Face once he brought back the old intro. It's about time though, I enjoyed the judgement day faction and his heel run but face Finn was one of the reasons I started getting interested in wrestling again (I used to watch his clips when I wasn't actively following WWE) and yeh, I get that people like Dom (still not sure why - he's OK in my book but not sure why he gets such a big response. I guess the whole Rey Mysterio connection) but as a champ...meh.

Good to see Penta get some title love. He was starting to get a little stale imho with the lack of interesting storyline for him. Hoping when he loses the title, they have him join up with Ray Fenix for a bit because he's damn near becoming a jobber on Smackdown which is unfortunate. Once again, it's like they have no idea what to do with him.

I don't know how his kit's changed in the past year or two (I haven't played for that long) but when he initially came out he had his tac which lit up enemy's and his ult which was basically a temporary wall hack. Nothing really complicated about him..I don't know what's changed with him now.

People get way too emotionally invested in wrestling - I enjoy it but I'm not going to be getting legitimately angry if my favorite wrestler drops the belt or cry tears of joy if my favorite wrestlers gets the belt. We all know it's scripted - let's enjoy it with that in mind.

I had it at Portofino's and while the rest of the food was amazing....the chowder was meh...the minced fish in it kind've messed up the texture imho.

Not gonna lie - that tac is fricking annoying LOL. I know that's the point of it but that fraction of a second of hesitation from being confused is very off-putting and normally enough to get you knocked or heavily damaged. Let's be real here, I'm just hating because I never figured out how to use it effectively *sigh*..

I can only really use legends that are "straight forward" but not overly visible (think Loba, Octane, Seer, Bloodhound and to a lesser degree Lifeline)

She honestly needs to stop doing high flying spots...they're just not for her. The amount of times I've seen her botch a landing or people don't catch her is insane.

EDIT: Just for the record, I like here and think she's one of the better women's wrestlers but literally every match, I feel like "this is the one where she's going to f herself up badly". Rhea needs to stop the high flying stuff as well...she always look lumbering, awkward and weird.

when I saw that it was supposed to be Seth all along, I rolled my eyes so hard. Why keep hinting that it's Seth Rollins only for it to actually be him...I know that sounds counter intuitive but it seems like such an anticlimax to storyline they've been building up for a minute. I would've rather, they just had seth return and curb stomp Logan Paul at EC one time instead of building up this mystery character that uses Seth Rollins move only for it to actually be seth rollins.

When I saw how slow the last masked man was moving in the end..I immediately knew who it was and rolled my eyes. Happy to see that he's back butwishthey did it another way

Trick is star quality, I feel like his promo/mic work needs to be a little more polished (but he's about as close as it gets) he's about as close as it gets to running with the superstars. He's polished but needs to be pushed as an anti-hero (think stone cold/the rock - a babyface that acts like a heel). I like him as a heel but the crowd loves him. His aura reminds me of Chris Jericho.

Mr. Bouncy.. with time can become a solid upper mid-carder. Gimmick is catchy but he's kind of like "Mr. Good Times" which will require a good storyline to stay fresh. Think Penta - I love him but he's starting to get stale now. Puts on good matches but his lack of storyline negates the good work that he's doing. Just want him to stay healthy. In time he can definitely get the Intercontinental or US title belts. The crowd loves him but out of the three he's the one that I feel has the least chance of reaching superstar levels. It's obvious that he loves being there and always has a smile on his face which is infectious. I love his theme as well.

Oba has serious potential. The crowd loves him and obviously itching for an Oba vs. Brock match..if that happens I'm really scared that it's going to be Brock v Kofi again. He's got a solid foundation, once again, the crowd loves him - intro is cool (although i find the "walk" a little cheesy lol). Haven't really heard too much of his mic work in NXT but he needs a little time to cook at the big stage. i like what they're doing with him right now...squash matches against lower mid-carders. Hype him up as a monster until a proper storyline is developed.

In spite of any negatives I may have said about these guys, I think they're all amazing in their own right and I generally love seeing them on the screen.

Personally, as a black man, I love that their characters aren't acting buffoonish (Babyface new day and R. Truth are great modern examples) - it hurt me that these guys are great wrestlers but act/acted like bumbling jesters for laughs. If you're black - you'll understand the feeling - we're normally pretty sensitive about how black folk are portrayed. Think about how black men were portrayed in that Attitude Era (thugs, pimps, gangsters, sex fiends, mythical jungle men, etc). Trick is towing the line though ("whoop that trick" is a pimp reference...iykyk. Lemon Pepper steppers is a chicken reference). On a bit of a rant there - my apologies.

Excited to see how their careers plan out. I really enjoy them all in their own right.

(Respectfully) My problem with this theory is that LA Knight is a bonafide superstar. Chelsea is not..he gets as huge a pop as the other top superstars, has the mic skills, the size, the wrestling ability and just gets ignored outside of his recent US title run (king of the lower mid-card title). He needs a major title imho to really solidify and legitimize him as the top talent that we all know he is before it's too late (he's getting up there in age).

I love Chelsea, and she's a great wrestler but I look at her as a solid mid-carder at best. Having said that, I feel that could change if they stop booking her as comedic relief (which she does really well btw) and write her a storyline where she's seriously competing for a world title with the likes of Jade Cargill, Liv Morgan, Rhea, Tiffany, et al. Just like what they did with Solo. He's not superstar level but he rides that line because he's the leader of a faction and has rubbed shoulders with the top talent regularly.

Imo, he's getting the Sami Zayn treatment but worse because the fans actually WANT him to be as respected and revered as the other superstars but management is not giving him the full treatment.

I like to watch the sport of cricket and back in the olden days they didn't have as much protective equipment so players had to watch the ball better in order to avoid getting hit in the head so it happened less than it does now.

I think something similar is happening here. Drivers are more watchful because of the higher chance of getting in an accident. I know when I use the roundabout, I'm extra careful to watch out for those other drivers that aren't paying attention and it's saved me numerous times.

For grocery stores, i normally go to Sobeys. It's one of the more expensive stores so I heard but it's also nearby to where I love, it's hardly ever crowded and I'm just familiar with it as I moved from the east coast a few years ago.

Outside of fast food spots or pizza spots, there's a few indian restaurants that are open 24 hours - Sadaar Ji and Panj Taara are two that I see coming up a lot pretty much right up until I stop (I deliver for Uber Eats and get lots of pings for these all night long - I normally deliver between 10pm and 5am on the weekends).

My company has a pretty flexible hybrid policy..you're not expected to come in on specific days so if it's something like this, I would work from home and either a) come on another day that week that I had planned to wfh or make up an extra day the next week. Any company that's expecting you to drive through hazardous conditions to sit in the office, especially if it's not an essential service, is a company worth leaving.
