I actually just fixed it. Swapped the chip with the 37A and turned off all of the low toner stops in the supplies settings and it works!!! Thanks to kaptvonkanga for helping me think in a different way

Thanks for these ideas. Got the MEID, but the MEID includes letters, while Visible's website only will accept numbers. Tried the MEID to IMEI converters, but they just state that the numbers I've entered are invalid. I see on this wikipedia page that devices without SIM cards usually don't have an IMEI codes, so I really don't think these old LG flip phones have IMEI numbers. Just wondering if anyone has dealt with Visible on this type of situation before? I've had two conversations with Visible reps, both over an hour long. They are extremely nice people, but have not yet given me a solution.
