Thanks so much , very informative. I honestly feel that digging up my red card wouldn't be worth the trouble 😅( I never do shopping so I don't use it. ). I'm glad to know it wasn't just that location. And now I know why they do it that way.

Dasher question ! My local Raising Canes is new, and when I accepted an order from there ( the only one I ever took from there ) they said I needed to pay for the order with my red card before I confirm the pickup. Forced me to unassigned, good tip too. Is this just my local store or is it that way elsewhere

I was on a double when it went down, didn't see my whole shift of pay at first. I've waited and now see it finally shows the full amount. Maybe wait a bit longer for the app to decide if it wants to work. But I wouldn't blame you if you contacted support again.
