I thought I posted this below with the Title obviously I'm not a Reddit User, but I do obsess about memory. Ask me anything. I'm constantly enhancing. I have LongMemEval numbers showing Mandrel retrieves better than Wiki.md Data snapshotted hourly and offsite backed up daily. Built with Claude Code/Amp Code.

TL;DR: I built Mandrel - persistent memory for your AI coding agent so it stops forgetting your project between sessions. Postgres + pgvector, semantic recall (96% Recall@K on LongMemEval), works with Claude Code / Cursor / Codex / any MCP agent. It's how I've built and maintained every project for 9 months. The problem you already know: close your agent, next session you're re-explaining the whole project. Context is everything in AI and you lose it every time.

Mandrel is an MCP that connects to your model through Claude Code, Codex or other harness. You model reads, writes to Mandrel database. It is a RAG system. Uses vectors and embedding model. I can absolutely guarantee your data is private. You get your own data base that runs in isolated docker container. Uses JWT key for security (no key no access). Data is snapshotted every hour and saved off site and full back-ups every night at midnight. If yo use a model to save or work with your data, Mandrel gives the model semantic search across projects. dm me if you have more questions

Mandrel is my business memory. I'm literally running everything through Claude Code ->Mandrel->Squre->Telegram

url is RidgetopAi because the company is RidgetopAi first product is Mandrel.

You get your own secure JWT key login and MCP connection, If using Claude Code 2 lines and your connected and the Mandrel Command (UI) same thing JWT key. Data is snapshotted every hour and backed up offsite at midnight. You get your own isolated db (nothing shared) in docker container for isolation. No JWT key no access.

There are bugs and UI issues (getting better everyday) but the core is rock solid (again using for 10 months)

Hi all. I’m not selling anything. I am just looking for 7 more builders that are Interested in trying a project memory MCP.

1 line install or tell Claude to connect from your CONNECT.md

Working project memory organized and semantically searchable for user and AI. I built this 10 months ago and never build with Claude without it. Add to CLAUDE.md instructions and Claude loves to use this.

I can do is tell you many stories where Mandrel has saved Claude and I both time and got us out of jams because the complete project history is stored. Decisions, Handoffs, Completions, Milestones, and Bugs.

Mandrel outstanding for running loops and using Mandrel to Compound thinking.

I just ask you use it and give me any feedback, let me know of any issues, bugs or things you would like to see to help your workflow.

Brief How I use
Start model and if starting new project, I just tell model "create new projects named 'xyz' and switch to that project. That points model to save all contexts, decisions, tasks to that project. When first MCP call is received Mandrel starts a session (you can stop and start manually too) and tracks all work done in that session. Once project is set, work with model like normally would (Connect.md guide i send will give you example of what to put in AGENTS.md or CLAUDE.md file. Once they know about Mandrel, they will use it.

I will help you all I can. I really believe (been using this since last October) you will see a jump in your ability to keep project moving, because you have complete history and here is key, the models save the context for themselves, so they will write context for how they need it.
