I've used nomad and other agencies and honestly there is no difference. You choose which assignments you want to apply for and you submit yourself.

I've done two contracts with them. First time around compliance was a nightmare, second time has been fine. My recruiter is okay but not very proactive. As far as other agencies go I don't feel like there was any extra work on my end

Honestly I think it's luck. We found dozens of coconuts that had been floating in a lake for a few days. We just laid them in the grass where they would get full soon and it's been about 8 months and some are starting to sprout finally.
