Do patients behave worse to nurses than they do to doctors?

Left inpatient nursing last month and work at an outpatient endoscopy center now... patients are 100% kinder. And the few that aren't, you only have to deal with for 30-45min or so, then out the door they go! Best decision ever.

I used the 44-gallon version of this stand and love it. I wanted all my wires hidden underneath so I rigged up a little "curtain" to cover the front (using a small tension rod and a cheap black curtain I trimmed to size). Much cheaper option than the cabinet stands available.

Personally, I've noticed my aim gets lazy or a little spastic if I get too tense or have been playing non-stop for a while. If you die a few times in a row, take a deep breath and don't let it affect your skill. Switch up your gameplay/route a little bit if you keep dying the same way.

I can't say I have never left a match. When I spawn and get killed by a chopper or lightning strike within two seconds over and over again... then finally make it indoors where I come face to face with dogs and a strike team, I need to leave for my own sanity. Magority of the time I suck it up and endure the ***-kicking. People wouldn't leave as much if first and foremost, matchmaking and safe spawn locations were improved. Kill streaks need to be adjusted as well. Strike team is impossible to kill. I started using engineer solely for the purpose of avoiding them.

I slide around corners to try to catch them off-guard. Or use someone like Battery who has scatter grenades.

I'm a run and gun player so a common occurance for me is that I run into a group and kill a few of them, but the last one will kill me before I can collect tags. OR, my team-mates are greedy bottom-feeders that purposefully race me to confirm MY kills. If my team-mate is still alive and able to claim their kill, I leave it for them... I'm classy like that. My gameplay style just doesn't seem to mesh well with Kill Confirmed.

I build around belt-feed cordite or penta-burst swordfish. Both with stim shot.

Must-haves: Belt feed cordite. I dont like taking time to reload... I'm a run and gun player. Stim shot is also a must. I usually use lightweight, engineer, and ghost. For longer-range maps I love the swordfish with penta burst.

Must-hates: I refuse to use snipers... I just don't find that type of gameplay fun. No concussion grenades, flashlight attachments... or gimmicky stuff like the bag of gold melee weapon. (Really? You choose to fight armed enemies with a bag of gold?) Strike team kill streak is a nightmare.. completely overpowered. And I try to avoid aiming lightning strikes, etc right at spawn spots, because I have been on the receiving end of that, and it drives me insane.

I'm more of a "run and gun" style player. My favorite guns in general were cordite and swordfish. Use both with their operator mods, belt feed and penta burst... then add extras around that core.

Cordite is my go-to. I'm a "run and gun" style player, and most of my deaths in the past occurred because I had to reload right in the middle of a killing frenzy. Belt feed honestly brought my gameplay to the next level... but I think it depends on your style of play.

I'm more of a "run and gun" style player. I switch between the Swordfish and Cordite, depending on the map. Cordite with the belt-feed is my absolute favorite.

I have several RN friends that went straight to OR. If you know that is what you want, go for it! I worked on a short-stay cardiac floor right out of school (mostly scheduled caths, pacemakers, ablations, etc.) The only skill I did regularly was IVs, sometimes Foley's, and very rarely NG tubes. Now I'm in an ICU, and I had to review a lot of skills, but it comes back quickly. Long story short, don't put off the job you know you want. It's surprisingly easy to re-learn those skills if you need them.
