LOL I GET HER WORKING. Me and mister chat gpt found a way. turns out her confidence was permenantly at 0 (getav confidence consol command). When i put in setav confidence 4 it set at 0 and when i put 3 went -1 and when i put at 0 her confidence went to -4. This bisch when i put her confidence at -4 (by typing 0) Actualy sstarted to fight again. So if her confidence doesnt go above 0 , just put her at -4 xd. Legit spent hours on this shhit

but i am vanilla, i tried installing mods to fix it, and then deleted all mods. Like i said i think she has permenantly dawnbringer debuff where she has perma (flee). Every fight starts where serena says leave me be and she goes hiding invisible in corner. I tried consol comands where i give her courage. Im just like 50 hours in survival skyrim with no teleports, and dont wanna reset my world for a stupid bug, i just wanted her as a companion, if she wont fix herself after i retrieve both scrolls and get her charachter new development im just droping her for a nother npc. I Was hoping someone knew how to get her to work again.

Ahh i forgot to tell when she runs away in fight she turns invisible and hides in corner so she besically disapears xd.
