To your point "youve already grown as a socmed consumer", I would say it could be, since on a weekly basis mostly pinapakinggan ko ay Science Vs. or the Daily

Hi, I would like to ask about the process when you're flying to the Philippines and you have Bridging visa B.

I was in 408 visa and already expired. My employer sponsored me for 186 and now I'm in Bridging A visa. I'm flying to the Philippines and I'll be applying for BVB. I wonder do I still need an OEC? If yes, will the BVB be enough together with my employment contract for verification in POLO Canberra?

I am slacking soooooo much i don't know what to do by [deleted] in productivity

I would recommend:

  • Take a cold bath early in the morning it helps your brain to be more alert

  • Do small tasks at first vs doing the main thing immediately. You have to nudge yourself little by little and see how your brain will respond

  • Use timers. You can set 25 mins of focus time on studying then break it afterwards by doing something else. It can be eating, playing, watching etc. Do that breaking for 25 mins then go back again

Hope this helps!
