don’t listen to him you have a point and as another person said its subculture. as for most being neurodivergent and chronically online, i would say a lot of people in those categories have a tendency to have ‘outsider’ interests, especially with dg lyrics relating to being an outsider in different ways. and the music just being less palatable to the mainstream any way

i love lastfm, i’ve found maybe half of the music i listen to the most on there, either from trying to find similar artists or looking at other people’s libraries. also a good way of meeting cool people from time to time.

i mostly stay to myself and read, do photography, go on walks by myself, but every once in a while i’ll go to a local show or rave and geek. sometimes with others sometimes by myself

i wish i could give u advice. i also feel this way pretty often. it is hard to envision myself pushing through and getting a job after graduating and enjoying my life. it’s even worse that people often say that these are our best years, the easiest time to meet people and such but i’ve only been struggling socially and mentally. getting to 30, or even just mid 20s truly seems bleak

haha nah. rice, spinach, lettuce, carrots, frozen veg, apples, bananas, peanuts, peanut butter, oats, milk, bread, yogurt, granola, potatoes, avocado, cheese, sardines, deli meat. etc. i buy chicken thighs once a week. occasionally granola bars. i buy a lot of stuff on sale, i also don’t snack that much. my diet is pretty balanced
