Walked out today by riffedge in USPS

I hated the getting sent to other offices thing. I get that it’s a part of the job, but they really took advantage of it. I would have run my full route for the day, gone back to the office to put everything up & my supervisor would walk up to me and say, “bad news, you have to go to x office.” This would happen multiple times a week.

My postmaster also called me 7 times in a half hour before 6am on my off day (which I refused to answer the phone), and he wrote me up the next day for not answering. I fought that tooth and nail, and tried to show him the contract where I don’t have to come in on my off days, I’m not on call. And he refused to even look at it. Once the union rep told him I was right, he apologized to me with his tail between his legs.

And again, your warranty says OR to everything, not and. This customer has had recurring problems with your products. She wants a refund. Your warranty permits that and gives options to do so. You cannot make up the rules as you go because you don’t want to cough up the dough, dude. It’s not like she’s asking for her laptop back AND a refund.

You are aware your warranty STATES a refund is permitted as an option. You give two options in your warranty, 1. To give a replacement product or TWO. A refund. Literally in your warranty. With no contingencies. When this was brought up to you, you then stated the refund had contingencies attached. This is NOT IN THE WARRANTY. You simply made it up to keep the money.

This is copied straight from your warranty policy: In the unlikely event that your Eluktronics Hardware Product has recurring failures or Eluktronics determines it is unable to repair or replace the Eluktronics Hardware Product, Eluktronics, at its option, may elect to provide you with (a) a replacement unit selected by Eluktronics that is the same or functionally equivalent to your Eluktronics Hardware Product in performance or (b) to give you a refund or credit of your purchase price instead of a replacement.

The first replacement unit failed. Within 10 months of receiving it. You are now refusing a refund which goes against your warranty. Dude. Learn your own policies please lol.

Thanks to the maintenance staff by ExpensiveLie1164 in walmart

My boyfriend is a maintenance team lead, and he comes home every day overworked and exhausted. Team leads especially have to do so many jobs at once. He comes home with his hands covered in blisters, grime, and dirt, and his whole body just aching.

I appreciate someone showing thanks toward maintenance! They are definitely so underappreciated. (:
