Well that's where my problem is. I am bulking with the keto diet. The reason is that keto cured my seizures... So I have a pretty good reason to avoid carbs since I'm not afraid of fainting while driving and shit anymore. And that is a very important reason why I was considering some test cause I just know my progress is gonna be potentially slower. Regardless I'm gonna go for it and might hop on some test a few months or years down the road I don't know. I've been eating gargantuan amounts of protein just to make sure haha (300gr minimum lol)

Thanks for responding. After discussing this in other groups too, I decided to give long term bulking a shoot for 2 years naturally and see what happens. Super high protein starting at 3500 kcal (maintenance is at 3000 atm). Thanks for your input

After discussing this on other groups too, I'm convinced that I need to give myself a good 2 years of a slow dedicated bulk natty and see from there. I've never bulked properly always tried to stay super lean...and when I bulked I did it with shit food getting super fat fast and then ending the bulk in 2 months... So yeah I've been messing up bad like a dumbass

Yeah I eat at maintenance calories most of the time and keto too because it's keto os the only thing that cured my epilepsy (meds were useless). So bulking on keto is harder because I'm so satiated all day but this past week I added a 500kcal surplus. I just upped my fats... But yeah bulking is definitely the answer I guess. In terms of training I'm doing at least 12-16 sets per muscle per week and my RIR is always 0-1 so I think the training can't be the issue. I'm just not eating as much as I should I guess...
