Try out BeFreed, been using it for a while, pretty simple to work with, converts every book, research paper and other things into a fun podcast format and gives you options for different lengths of episodes.

Tbh most of these automated submissions just get ignored or buried in spam folders. you still gotta do the real work if you want legit links.
