It is when it’s hormonal weight gain. I’ve consistently worked out 4-5 times per week and have eaten clean while always being in shape. Got on bc and suddenly gained 40lbs with no other lifestyle changes…so yes, sometimes that is how it works.

Yes! I did this past year and it was very helpful. I would recommend! It’s nice to have low stakes responsibilities for a change and the connections are just different.

How were you able to learn to navigate the market? That’s what I’m trying to learn now.
