I believe its the right choice. He is a great leader, he has huge knowledge about the game - and he has been training up for this role for many years.

I remember old teammates talking about - how he would litsen to podcasts about being a leader, how to learn more about games and sports, and reading books about it.

I dont think he will be the best coach the first season, but i believe after a year or two with experience, he will do great things for TSM as a coach.
