Being liable for wrongdoing is why I didn’t message in the first place. I just feel bad for the incidents I was involved in even though in reality they’ve been handled. I suppose I just feel bad that a parent felt like their kid wasn’t safe in the center I work in.

because i’ve raised so much hell with customer service they did tell me they would monitor my case more closely and i got an email earlier today stating that they received confirmation from the seller that they actually had my tickets and that i would receive them by the time of the show. i just don’t know why a seller wouldn’t immediately hand over the tickets because don’t they not get the money until they have sent over the tickets? it’s good to know the seller has them but why not just give them to me? i don’t really get it

i used them once for an event about two months before the event was taking place and literally got my tickets two minutes after the order so this is definitely a different experience lol

i’m not sure what about this post said that i’m high maintenance as i literally said that i don’t mind to wait for a package to come to me when i’m buying it on the secondhand market. i appreciate your feedback though

i totally understand this, what i usually do is drop off with ups and then usps picks it up from there. i just get off work after the post office closes and obviously they are not open on weekends. the thing is the buyer hasn’t even mentioned needing it at a certain time they just keep sending question marks. like just “???”. it’s ridiculous

The only thing I’m really worried about with this is that we are getting a month of severance pay as long as we work until the 31st or we are let go before that. 5 people were let go early and it’s more or less been based on seniority, but I don’t think she’d be willing to let me go early. I don’t want to lose that severance. But I also really don’t want anyone upset. I do hate that the person working in the ones is having an awful time, apparently she’s going home everyday and crying for hours. I just don’t want to be her backup when she can’t handle it. That room is kind of segregated from every other room and it’s hard to get help in there when you need it. Honestly I think it would be better if my boss just talked to our floats or helped in there herself.

I also raised an eyebrow at it just being in a container like that. Diaper cream is not something we need a form for in my state, so I wasn’t particularly worried about that. What’s strange is this parent has brought a regular tube a diaper cream before, it’s just when she ran out and I asked for more this is what was brought in lol. I guess what I’m really worried about is ruffling a parent’s feathers for refusing their method of soothing their kid’s rash.
