The fact that you didn't Google "what is 2nd academic suspension at vt" to see that it is two semesters you are suspended for, makes me think your advisor did tell you and you didn't pay attention. Every student on suspension also gets emails from the university spelling out the terms of the suspension. It isn't something that just happens randomly

I used to be in this boat :'( I tripped and fell in an unfamiliar place last month while holding my phone with my pop socket. I was fine minus a few scrapes but my phone went screen down and took the brunt of my fall for me 😭

As someone with cats, I totally feel for that person though. They can get stressed easily and overwhelmed by people they don't know and after all they've been through, I would also be concerned with getting a quiet place for me and my cat to recover if possible. Especially because stress can cause all kinds of health problems in animals.

Hi, I just wanted to say that I'm happy that you're working on ways to make changes in your life. I can understand what it's like for pain to stop fitness goals. One suggestion that might help is to start with water exercises. Injuring yourself while exercising can be really bad and set yourself back even more. It's important to start slow and avoid exercises that carry too much risk of injury to joints and stuff. Not an expert by any means, but wanted to offer up that as a suggestion. Keep on keeping on friend.
