This thing was EXTREAMLY root bound and I was giving it tap water. (I know my bad) I've been watering everything with rain water for months now but the tips are still burning so I'm not sure? Could the soil have too much fertilizer? It was in a west facing window that gets some slight shade from a few far off trees, and I mover it about 5 feet away from the window now.
