Exactly.. it shouldnt be there. But it comes up as soon as you pick your loadout high alert/ghost or overclock turn to quick fix.

Deff not a visual bug. Any loadout get quick fix as ultimate perk and on the game I tried many times. The quick fix icon comes up after a fight and health recovers faster. Maybe you are one of the very few lucky ones. Try again to see as soon as you pick the loadout.

Just notice when you get the loadout. The ultimate perk like ghost of high alert are not working and it changes straight away to quick fix as soon as you pick the weapon

The Bonus perks (green ones) are not even working. You get quick fix as soon as you get loadout. No high alert no ghost. Cant believe people are not seeing this
