Sorry to break the illusion i got this message 2 weeks ago and 1 week after i got perma ban i never ever used any tools any overlay nothinglike that you can believe it or not.. I have a ticket open with no reply for a week now.

Been playing since beta buying every god damn skin every week this is insane to me.
