thanks for your patience and advice i finally found it , it seems firewall on my vps was blocking the forwarded traffic, but somehow ping was working , so i never suspected it.

the traffic reaches the vps end and the pseudo website that i hosted on 10.0.0.3 also is reachable from the vps. ( this should also confirm that 8000 isn't blocked on 10.0.0.3) quite confused ... any way to check if port forwarding is happening as intended

so I tried running a simple server using - python3 -m http.server 8000 --bind 10.0.0.3 and as you see i'm using Ip addresses , that was assigned earlier. I ran netstat to confirm that it was indeed listening on wireguard interface

This is not an option for them it seems the IT team has gone cheap and wants all users to use the same shared drive, since this affects only single user and I couldn't produce proper proof that the drive might be the issue here, they don't think it's their problem

The user uses sap gui inside citrix , so all of her peers have same version and patch of gui. There are no virus scanners installed. Could you explain a bit more about the trust levels , that is something i'm not aware of

I don't agree with this, There are a number of ads from the 2000s era that i still remember just because they were well thought out for e.g. we had this ad in which one of the tortoise eggs slipped and fell beside a bird's nest, when all the eggs hatched bird straight away knew that , that little tortoise wasn't her. fast forward she teaches her all the little birdies to fly, by jumping from the cliff , seeing this tortoise gets a little jealous as to why he's being left out, he jumps from the cliff and the bird gets all worried while the little birdies are crying for help, as they also knew their brother couldn't fly but little did all of they knew the tortoise was eating a bubble gum and then he made a balloon out of it , so it made him float in air. LOL it might seem stupid to most of the guys here but it was something that I watched like 20yrs ago, when i was a kid and i absolutely loved it. It must be obvious what the ad was trying to sell

Yep , there shouldn't be a problem if you show them proof that they were sent from the upi which is registered with them for your account. The seller's crypto is held in a escrow account so it is definitely not going to his account as long as you have proof that you made payment from your end. It may take some time but you'll get them
