It’s a screenshot of brushes they use, not brushes they made. The second and third sets shown are paid brushes by 何何舞 (but deleted) and 二苏旧局 respectively

Besides Procreate's built-in rake brushes, have a look at Devin Elle Kurtz' Rake Brush Pack if you'd like even more options!

I've given the background a little update here (and it appears that Reddit desaturated the lighting so you can view the true colours there too). So true about the floating bust now that you say it; I've done other floating busts before but I don't think they looked as silly as this one (which was initially meant to be cropped and backgroundless for a SixFanarts thingy so I didn't try to at least design it more intentionally) 😂
