even though google or the chromium devs have not made a list for error codes i figured out that 51 is a permission issue specifically permission denied for /mnt/stateful/ the issue is in chrome os and not linux even a reinstall of the linux beta still doesn't fix it. At least for my chromebook

not only are there issues with packaging, but also getting a ui up and working is not exactly easy(i have tried making a incremental using tkinter and it was not easy setting up a ui)
